in Sustainable Development

Ellio Inc is a sustainable development consulting firm specializing in strategic coaching, impact measurement, GHG assessments and implementation support. In anticipation of an increase in activity, we are looking to strengthen our team with a senior consultant profile for our strategy division from autumn 2024 .

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate workshops to stimulate collective intelligence and creativity, facilitate the identification of needs and generate commitment
  • Accompany clients (large and small) in the development of their impact strategy and the adoption of innovative business models such as: sustainability policy development, action plans, value proposition, stakeholder management and any other relevant topic.
  • Support clients (large and small) in the operational implementation of their strategy, on topics such as: responsible sourcing, implementation of management tools, change management, triple reporting, deployment of action plans and any other relevant topic
  • Contribute to Ellio's business development by meeting with clients and partners, analyzing needs and writing bids.
  • Enhance existing Ellio service offering with complementary expertise
  • Provide senior support to the rest of the team (coaching) 
  • Draft all types of files, reports and summaries
  • Contribute to Ellio's internal shared governance projects 

‍QUALIFICATIONSAND DESIRED PERSONALITY:

  • 1st or2nd cycle degree in Business Administration, Sustainable Development, Engineering or any other relevant subject 
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in consulting or project management, workshop facilitation, strategic consulting, systems and process analysis, proposal and report writing
  • Assets: knowledge of Design Thinking, workshop facilitation techniques, change management, responsible investment, grant applications, etc.
  • Other assets: knowledge of Quebec and the themes of regenerative tourism and adaptation to climate change.
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and explain complex and often new concepts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and a genuine desire to work in partnership with teams, both internal and external. clients
  • Excellent knowledge of and passion for sustainable development principles and achievements
  • Ability to get to grips with issues quickly and work simultaneously with a wide range of clients clients.
  • Proficiency in Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and digital project management tools
  • Bilingual French-English
