For the past 15 years, we've been offering a unique approach that's unmistakably our own, and which has proved its worth with over 500 clients clients. Here are a few examples of our collaborations and achievements...
Ellio helped the City of Gatineau develop its first climate plan to intensify its climate action and accelerate its transition to a carbon-neutral, resilient and mobilized municipality in the face of climate change. Over $100 million will be invested and 56 municipal employees will implement 12 priority projects and 44 major actions over the next 5 years. Municipalities have a decisive role to play in this fight, which is why Gatineau wishes to act immediately, anticipate the needs of the decades to come, mobilize all local players and set an example in terms of climate action.

Because they wanted to act effectively, the Prana teams wanted to have a complete understanding of the environmental impacts generated across their entire value chain. Ellio's organizational LCA shed light on the organization's hot spots. The study revealed, for example, that in terms of carbon footprint, packaging accounted for 5% of impacts, while suppliers' agricultural practices generated 80%. This LCA has enabled Prana to establish clear priorities for significantly reducing the environmental weight of its products, to engage its strategic stakeholders along its supply chain, and to communicate more effectively with its clients.
Since 2017, Ellio has been working with the Société du Parc Jean-Drapeau teams to redefine the vocation of this historic site and structure its major strategic orientations in terms of sustainable development. At the heart of the reflections and exchanges conducted with SPJD stakeholders: the future of the Biosphere, the vocation of Mont Boullé's various attractions and the positioning of a major urban park in the 21st century. It's a collaboration we're very proud of, and one that has inspired the creation of the Campus de la transition écologique in 2021.
